How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to France, European Union countries, and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.
Do you charge taxes?
Taxes (VAT), where applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Will my order arrive in one package?

My item arrived damaged.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund if applicable.
